# Notice

**MM Trading Hub** is the Market Mavericks edition of **Trading Hub**, a free desktop trading platform created by
**ralphtradesz** — <https://github.com/ralphtradesz/trading-hub>.

Trading Hub is licensed under the **MIT License with the Commons Clause License Condition v1.0**. The full text is in
[LICENSE](LICENSE) and must stay with every copy of this software:

## What this edition changes

- The product is renamed **MM Trading Hub** and carries Market Mavericks branding: name, app icon and colors.
- The interface, the code comments and the documentation are in English (the original is in Spanish).
- The data and user folders are named after the product (`MM Trading Hub`), and the user folders are `Indicators`,
  `Strategies` and `Reports`.
- The original author's donation addresses and social links are not part of this edition.

The trading engine, charting, backtesting, connections and the Claude integration are the original work of the
Trading Hub authors.

## The Commons Clause, in short

You may use, copy, modify and share this software for free, as long as the license notice stays with it. You may **not
sell** it: neither the app, nor a modified version, nor a paid service whose value comes from it (for example charging
for installation, hosting or support). Bundling it into a paid product or program counts as selling. If Market
Mavericks wants to do any of that, get written permission or a commercial license from the original author first.
